1. When an order can be cancelled
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and the refund is full.
Once 24 hours have passed, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
2. How a cancellation is requested
The process is short:
The customer contacts our customer service team immediately, quoting their Order Number.
Our support team then verifies the status of the order and confirms whether it is still eligible for cancellation.
3. How the refund is returned
An approved cancellation is refunded to the original payment method.
Allow 7–14 business days for that refund to clear and to appear in the customer’s account.
